I tried deploying this a while back, and it's functional, but only minimally. To access most common features for a help desk, you must purchase additional modules, and none of the official modules are open source.

I'm not saying this shouldn't be included in the repo once the open issue is resolved, but to anyone who might be considering using this, it's a point I wish I'd have known before spending time on it, since it touts itself as "free", and open source--it's not, and it isn't.
