Feature - read from stdin

It would be great if waveformgen could read from stdin - e.g oggdec -i *.ogg -o - | ./waveformgen

Never did this but might look into it. I also planned adding .ogg and .mp3 support, but can't tell you if and when this will really happen.

mp3 and ogg not really required I don't think? -- it's pretty easy to do: oggdec | waveformgen - maybe just a few examples in the docs? - that way people can use whatever decoder or frontend they want - they all output to stdout

Of course now that's not possible as waveformgen cannot read from stdin :( would be fantastic if it did :)
