__eq__ and __hash__ operators

Hi,

Love capnproto, love pycapnp but I'm doing a lot of casting to nametuple to get ==, in, __hash__ features.

If nobody has started to add these, I'd be happy to do it. Let me know and I'll create a PR.

I haven't heard of anyone working on this. I'd be happy to accept a PR adding these features.
