Support local disk backend?

Currently for trying out K.E.V locally I need to setup a local S3 container or have access to an actual S3 account that I can push and read from?

Would it be good to add some backend for just local disk? Or should I just use minio. I tried using NoDB and created a PR for supporting this scenario (my PR just sits in limbo now 😞 )

I will see if kev supports using custom host for s3 in case a new backend is not a good idea
