Allow developer to specify criteria for ending an experiment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently users have to manually terminate their experiments.

Describe the outcome you'd like: I would like users to be able to specify their end condition such as:

  • total number of aggregations
  • using validation metrics
  • total time
