Demo page: links to commits are broken

Describe the bug The Readme says:

This tutorial is be step by step using commit history. Title have link of commit.

And the Title is linked to 404 page.

Oh, I forgot to update readme. This commit log is depend to old version. I will remove this. Thanks.
