Plugin doesn't work with Phaser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. plugin is not compatible with phaser, when the game is running ads not loaded only show a legend "Test ad" and black screen. if I show ads before the game starts, all is fine. I tried to stop the game loop, scenes, even destroy the game and ads not work after that.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like phaser and plugin to be compatible

Additional context It only happen with interstitial and rewarded ads, banner works great.
