I think it's the most valuable topic, together we can test and list the support devices :))
@caobo171 got error with f16:
Error: TIMEOUT_ON_WRITING_MESSAGE
at Timeout.
IP is correct, ping/telnet to port 4370 is success, and there's no other device connecting with this device.
Any idea why can't connect?
THAI01 platform: 'ZLM60_TF=', version: '10'
Works mostly, few string issues. getAttendances fail (yet :)
not working properly with zkteco k70. not getting all records by getAttendances() but the same day record.
Basically, all UA-* series should be fine. That includes THAI01 (the small version of the UA serie)
All WL-* serie models cannot work and are not supported anymore by ZkTeco (be their own software or SDK).
If you want to buy devices and try before buying, ask the vendor to test using the ZkTeco Software or SDK latest version, if it works, it should be good.

Hi sir, Is there no other way to be able to get attendance from WL30 device using other sdk?
I tried even using ZkTeco SDK (.net, c or FFI), it does not work. I went to the zkteco office in town and they confirm only the ones i mentioned in my comment.
Surely some other may work but I am waiting new arrivals from them to valid abd test .
Alternatively you could reverse engineer it and provide patch, but it is then painful :)

Aww, I see so that's how really it is. Thank you so much for the info sir. Been trying all sort of SDKs available online just to test whether it'll work on WL30, but as you've said ZKTECO doesn't support such model series.
They don't state it in the SDKs but it is simply does not work. As mentioned earlier, I went to their office and we validated quite a few series, using their SDK (I used FFI with node and go to implement a test), or using their own desktop app.
We end up with the list I gave above, which has the same core hardware or firmware more or less. Since I stick to this list, zero issues.
