The converted canvas does not look exactly as the original svg when using fill url

The original svg contains circles which have a fill attribute of url to a svg pattern. When I convert the svg to canvas using canvg, the images of the circles fill change their proportions (The width and the height change). you can see here the svg before and after the conversion.

I am facing the similar issue. When I convert svg to canvas my pattern image fill happen before conversion does not affect in the after conversion. It is filled with black color. Any one have solution for this?

i started doing some work on this but it might be a while due to time restrictions, but if somebody opens a PR, i'll gladly verify the fix.
