This should also be something that folks can opt-in to. Not everyone will want their course or documentation to be editable.

Don't re-download images for each rendering format?

This would be ideal, but it is pretty closely tied into how `bookdown::render_bookdown()` works. So it may not be super doable or worth the time. But I like this idea...

Really, we should have Leanpub render dependent on gh-pages finishing publishing. Which means we should probably incorporate gh-pages into the render-all.yml workflow.
