Divided list: use nudge padding top (.4rem) instead of .5rem, and nudge compensation at the bottom instead of 1rem

Can we please have a list that aligns with other text? That would require modifying the padding-top and margin-bottom to match paragraphs/h5s for example. Can be either the current divided list, or a new class name. Currently, there are slight misalignments:
