add proctoring to credentials

Check out this feature branch
Run the site using the command ./run serve or dotrun
View the site locally in your web browser at: http://0.0.0.0:8001/
- Be sure to test on mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes
Schedule an exam
- You should receive two emails, one from Proctor360 and the other from Trueability
Reschedule the exam
- It should work as expected without errors (You will only get an email from Trueability)
Take the exam
- You should be redirected to proctor's application where you would be asked to complete your exam check-in
- After completing check-in, another tab will open up where you will be able to take the exam
- Complete the exam as usual and close the proctor session once done
