Releases are out of order

Affected releases are not ordered like ubuntu-cve-tracker files. They should be listed as upstream and then releases chronologically. This order is much clearer.

e.g.,: upstream, trusty, xenial, bionic, focal, jammy, kinetic, mantic instead of: xenial, lunar, upstream, trusty, bionic, kinetic, mantic, focal, jammy

@eslerm We are currently redesigning CVE pages, so the way we list releases will be different then. I will notify you when we release the new design.
