https://ubuntu.com/pricing/pro lists prices but doesn't say if they're one-off payments or recurring, and if recurring what the interval is (eg. annual? monthly? until EOL?).

Thanks for reporting. The prices are per year per machine. It covers full 10 years: from the release day until the EOL. We are updating this page now to clarify.
