Pricing calculator for Ubuntu Pro --> Access Forbidden

Hello, when I click Pricing calculator for Ubuntu Pro on the Landscape Pricing page, I get an Access Forbidden response on https://ubuntu.com/pro/subscribe . I'm logged in as my SSO user, presumably I don't have access to full Canonical details.

I expected the Ubuntu Pro pricing calculator to be a few sliders on a webpage with no dependence upon my actual account details.

This is working as expected for me on both Chrome and Firefox. @setharnold are you still having this issue?

Visit https://ubuntu.com/landscape/pricing

If you are not yet logged in, log in via the link in the upper right corner.

Visit https://ubuntu.com/landscape/pricing and verify the upper right corner has your name.

Click Pricing calculator for Ubuntu Pro. This takes me to https://ubuntu.com/pro/subscribe . This page says Access Forbidden.

I believe this happens because Canonical employees are members of a Canonical account where they don't have permission to purchase. @lechsandecki should we update the messaging to make this more obvious instead of giving an access forbidden page?

Yeah, if I'm logged in with my Canonical email I also see the access forbidden page.

thanks! is it only affecting canonical employees, or is it something that is misleading for external users as well?

If you are a member of an account where you don't have permission to purchase, you will probably see a similar page.
