tests: drop `grade: devel` from core24 spread tests

Simplify the core24 spread tests by dropping grade: devel.

Note that grade is still tested for core24:

  • tests/spread/core24/simple-snap has grade: stable
  • tests/spread/core24/craftctl/test-craftctl-get-set has grade: devel and changes the grade via craftctl
