Setting a snap visibility private should not warn or toggle metadata from snap.yaml comsumption

Expected behaviour

Since visibility of a snap is not carried through snap.yaml (which is really where it comes from from the PoV of the snap), no change on update logic should be presented or done

Steps to reproduce the problem

Toggling image

On save, triggers image
