Unable to specify track

Some snaps have more than the default latest track, but it seems there is no way to specify what track the build is for in advance?

I think this can be solved by having a field to specify the track in the yaml and have separate branches (see also canonical-web-and-design/build.snapcraft.io#440) or by allowing to have a separate subfolder for each track-specific yaml.

Alternate tracks to publish can be set on Launchpad but not build.snapcraft.io

This would require the launchpad to update the API so we could pass through the target track and/ or branch.
