postinstall-multipass.sh.in: fix Homebrew detection

On Apple Silicon, Homebrew's brew is installed in /opt/homebrew/bin. This needs to be added to the $PATH in the postinstall script for its brew --prefix command to run.

Hi @EricFromCanada, thank you for the contribution. In order for us to accept it though, the Canonical CLA needs to be signed. Are you able to do that?
