New launch flow

This PR changes the GUI behavior when launching a new instance. See https://warthogs.atlassian.net/browse/MULTI-1047 for reference. Now when launching, an in-app notification will keep track of the progress of the launch operation. And now we keep track of the instances for which we requested a launch from the GUI so that we can immediately create a sidebar entry for them along with a dedicated instance page that will seamlessly get the information about the instance as soon as it is properly launched.
