could not launch an instance

After I installed Multipass successfully, I could not launch an instance. The log shows as: [2024-07-20T19:09:27.273] [warning] [url downloader] Error getting https://codeload.github.com/canonical/multipass-blueprints/zip/refs/heads/main: Proxy connection refused - trying cache. [2024-07-20T19:09:27.277] [error] [blueprint provider] Error fetching Blueprints: failed to download from 'https://codeload.github.com/canonical/multipass-blueprints/zip/refs/heads/main': Error opening https://codeload.github.com/canonical/multipass-blueprints/zip/refs/heads/main No images or blueprints found.

Hi @LLLLLQ-4,

It looks like Multipass is unable to connect to the internet. Do you happen to be using a VPN?

Also, would you be able to provide some more information about your machine configuration as outlined in the github issue template?
