Add `vmIdleTimeout`-like option to stop vm after certain time if it's not doing anything

What are you trying to do? WSL have vmIdleTimeout to stop idling vm on timeout, would be nice to have similar in multipass.

What's your proposed solution? Implementing this option.

Hi @soredake, thanks for your proposal. This is something we never thought of. We might consider this if this proves to be useful for many people, and in addition we find a way of implementing it in all backends we use.
