Multipass cannot be updated silently

Describe the bug Multipass cannot be updated silently, when doing silent upgrade from winget you will see uninstall prompt.

To Reproduce

  1. winget install -h -e --id Canonical.Multipass -v 1.11.1+win
  2. winget upgrade -h Canonical.Multipass

Expected behavior Installer should be able to update multipass silently, without uninstall prompt.

Logs Please provide logs from the daemon, see accessing logs on where to find them on your platform.

Additional info

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro
  • multipass version
  • multipass info --all
  • multipass get local.driver

The upgrade experience is very bad. I cant access my vm after reinstall.

Then create issue about this, as my vm works fine after upgrade.
