microk8s does not start after fresh install

Summary microk8s cannot start after fresh install. On a similar vm (same os version (ubuntul 22.04.5 lts), same microk8s version (1.32/stable), same storage size and file system), microk8s can start successfully.

What Should Happen Instead? microk8s start

Reproduction Steps

• sudo snap install microk8s --classic --channel=1.27

• microk8s status microk8s is not running. Use microk8s inspect for a deeper inspection.

• microk8s inspect

I got the same error in my vmware workstation, i just usesudo snap install microk8s --classic and run microk8s satus, got microk8s is not running, the error info is same to, my server is ubuntu - 22.04

I even had similar issue when I tried v1.29 where microk8s status says microk8s is not running.

But when I tried sudo microk8s status everything is fine.
