Routed OVN set up guide and microovn guide

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The OVN setup is very complex. I've been trying to get a routed OVN setup to work for 2 weeks to no avail.
The current OVN Setup guide only describes and works with nat: true. With this setup, as soon as NAT is disabled, no network traffic possible.
Like most, we do not wish to use (double) NAT in a enterprise setup.
We would like to for example route private /16 IPv4's and public /56 IPv6 subnets to an LXD cluster (Advertised via the built-in BGP) to be used for OVN type networks.
It should be possible yet we have not been able to find any solution on the documentation/internet/chatgpt etc.
(The setup with the guide as-is but with NAT disabled, traffic is not routed from the host onto the OVN plane.
My OVN networks do have an IPv4 address on my physical host's subnet but that IP address is not reachable from the node itself or other nodes on the network. For example my nodes have 192.168.3.61/62/63 and a OVN network has volatile.network.ipv4.address: 192.168.3.5. No ARP. Tried both physical and bridge type uplink networks. BGP announces this 192.168.3.5 as next-hop yet it is not reachable anywhere on the network.)
Describe the solution you'd like
- Additional info related to setting up OVN with a routed network instead of a NATted network.
- Also a guide related to setting up LXD with microovn would be welcome :) I got it working but it took some manual figuring out what steps I could skip and what steps I could not skip.
- These OVN guide(s) to include setup for ipv4 and ipv6
