Old logo in use in a number of templates/index.html entries

A number of items (all of the Canonical projects) under "Our Products"/"The Ubuntu OS" are using the old logos. These need updated to the new styles for consistency across the site.

Those are indeed the old logos, adding some visuals to illustrate it to the team.
