I wish there was a per-cloud set of instructions for launching VMs with cloud-init on various public clouds, similar to the Step 3 found here: https://github.com/rajannpatel/ubuntupbx?tab=readme-ov-file#step-3-1-icon

Assume I had a cloud-init.yaml file; what is the quickest way for me to take advantage of it on ____ cloud.

Comparable steps for Vultr, GCP, DigitalOcean, OCI, AWS, and Azure would be great to see
