AMD GPU undetected

Bug Description

I have seen my AMD GPU have not been detected on one of my server using Ubuntu Desktop OS. If it is not a bug, could you tell me how to turn it on?

To Reproduce

Just plug a AMD GPU, install ROCm, and you will see

Environment

juju latest, and AMD GPU, and Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 LTS

Relevant Log Output

Nothing output and undetected. The installation is also not completed in juju.
