Is it possible to get example files for "upload annotations" and "load couplings" tabs for the existing example alignment "1bkr:A"? And link to them from somewhere in the example box...

Not all parameters described in the documentation are available for versions

Not all resources are accessible by all users. Most users should stick to default resources (see #11) this should be documented.

What we have not specified here is more information about alignment, font, and fontsize. So right now it would be left to the tool how to render the text inside...
