Make the PropDefinition docs more noticeable

These docs are important. Probably very few people have read them:

Not sure where to put them, but we should try to make them more obvious.

We should link to those docs on at least the front pages of can-define, can-define/list/list, and can-define/map/map. We should also look for anywhere else we mention “definition” and link to the docs from there.
