社区暂时没有计划在tf 2.x 中支持 by the way @fuhailin 在tf2.x 中 支持EV功能已经做了一些工作
对于EV参数，init_from_checkpoint 接口目前支持 assignment_map 传入 scope，不支持传入EV name，用户如果使用Estimator 的warm_start_from 功能暂不支持，需要用户自己调用 init_from_checkpoint 保证EV正常恢复
请使用perf 查看一下ps 进程的cpu时间主要消耗在哪些函数里面，再进一步分析这些消耗是否合理
目前不支持，对于emb table 的写操作，目前都是对应的Optimizer的Apply算子实现的
