Date format on saves can be confusing

I'm an American and the date on my save slot had me confused for a second. Could you change it to YYYY/MM/DD (2021/05/22) instead of DD/MM/YYYY (22/05/2021)? Leaving it is fine too.

Dates are usually DD/MM/YYYY.
