Care to add video calls support?

The only web-based XMPP client with video calls support I know is Jappix, but it works only on Jappix.com and I cannot get it to work on my own setup, and the maintainer is not helpful. Care to work on this? I am considering a donation/bounty for this. Thanks.

Absolutely this is something we'd like to add, but it is not a small task. If a bounty is the way you choose to deal with it, you should anticipate it being a relatively large one.

jsxc has integrated WebRTC https://www.jsxc.org/. To get Audio/Video chat working across firewalls and NATs, you'll need to set up a STUN/TURN server like co-turn.
