split plugins repos up

principle question: Why do we put all of the plugins into a single repository? We could move them into their own repository and make them available via bower. This'd be much more comfortable to use and also to maintain.

@maennchen Anyone who authors a plugin is welcome to do this, I don't think there's any impediments to doing so. Maybe someone could trial this with a new plugin and let us know how it goes?
