The fix for me was putting the new "file:" prefix instead of "link:" in package.json for the linked dependencies. Found [here](https://stackoverflow.com/a/74679690)

Same happening with driver: "turso" and dialect: "sqlite" with about 160k rows. I have to do batches of just 1k for it to work...
Same thing happened to me using the [Remix vite cloudflare framework](https://remix.run/docs/en/main/future/vite#cloudflare) and running it with node locally. libsql/client seems to think it's in the cloudflare environment.
This was just fixed in Bun v1.1.27 Does that fix your issue @Kuechlin ? I'm wondering if something similar in workerd could be causing my issues https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/3259
