As a user, I want Plan to default to the Upcoming view so I can quickly see what I need to do

Original Request

I would love to see the ability to set a default view for plans.

Say I get a notification, I would prefer that it open to the “Upcoming” section, rather than the “All”.

Or when clicking on “Plan” from the sidebar, I would love to be able to tell it to open “upcoming” instead of the default.
