Requirements

  • [x] #156
  • [ ] Shop Items can be assigned a Budget Category
  • [ ] Budget Categories view now shows ShopItems, ShopLists, and PlanProjects assigned to a budget category
  • [ ] Budget Categories can distribute money to ShopItems, ShopLists, and PlanProjects (new field for each: budgeted)
  • [ ] Need to prevent folks from budgeting over what is available in the budget category somehow
