As a user, I want Homechart to be source available so I can view the source code and contribute to it

Issue to gauge interest for making Homechart source available and understanding how customers would benefit from it.

By becoming source available, folks would be able to:

• View the source code
• Create pull requests to fix or add features (no guarantees these will be accepted)
• Build Homechart locally

Folks would not be able to:

• Distribute Homechart builds
• Sell Homechart builds
• Reuse Homechart source code
• Use Android and iOS apps with custom Homechart builds (you could build your own apps, in theory)
