$10k project idea #9 - Embed Preference Framework into WET Kit

The Web Experience Toolkit should include the Fluid Project's Preferences Framwork: https://build.fluidproject.org/infusion/demos/uiOptions/

Giving users control over how content is presented to them is very important for accessibility. Users need to be able to select the font size, color contrast, line spacing and from a choice of fonts to see that they are able to consume the content in a way which is easiest for them.
