Steps on topic pages (design update)

More of a placeholder on other designs that can eventually be updated...

We should be thinking about how to make the topic page work better with sequences, perhaps:

• indicate numbered steps with a cleaner design than simply numbers in the links (CRA is pushing circles design)
• how to use banding on a topic page
• how to show a mix of sequenced and miscellaneous doormats
