On the latest news page https://design.canada.ca/common-design-patterns/latest-news.html

The correct link should go to this page https://wet-boew.github.io/GCWeb/templates/institutional/institution-en.htmlv but there are 2 H1 on that page. Not good

I fixed it but we need a better solution
