Similar to https://github.com/canada-ca/canada-ca.github.io/issues/38 I wonder if there is a generic repo that could be set up so that different government departments could spin up a WxT Themed Github Pages page super easily. Departments should be able to just fork a repo that has some initial documentation in it geared for the public sector.
