NB i saw the need to put this one together when looking at the steps pattern and the starting a business articles.... sets the stage for further articles on top task optimization projects.

Took a big crack at it, and added a photo which isn"t showing up at the moment. Would like to add a workshop photo too.

plain language / style guide review is complete. I updated the english version in the draft folder accordingly.
