Form deployment disappears after error

Describe the bug

After an error, the Form deploy button is not shown anymore. It is unclear when this error occurs, but the modeler is fully usable still. Only the button in the footer disappears:

Unknown at this point, check Sentry issue for stack trace + previous user interactions

Expected behavior

The Deploy button is displayed

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. Moving to backlog until we have more users impacted.
