I can't resize my FEEL editor in the properties panel

Describe the bug

Previously, I was able to resize the feel editor using the TextArea handle on the bottom.

Now, I can't access the handle without clicking on "open in popout editor"

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to resize the editor
2. I can't

Expected behavior

The "Open in Editor" does not interfere with other functionality

Environment

Camunda Modeler system information

• Version: 5.17.0-rc.0
• Operating System: Linux x86_64 amd64
• Plugins:
• Execution Platform: BPMN - Camunda 8

or remove the ability/indicator to resize the inline editor if it is not accessible
