Add process instance migration example for Java client

https://github.com/camunda/zeebe/issues/14907 will deliver Basic Process Instance Migration, but no code example for the Java client. Java client examples are not added as part of epic delivery.

We should have an example or quick reference for customers who are not comfortable with the javadocs.
