Document locating C8 credentials
C8 Self-Managed customers need the credentials to use Web Modeler, but this is not clearly documented.
Customers must get these credentials from Camunda by submitting a Help Request.
Customer opens a new Jira ticket and chooses 'Help Request' along with 'I need the credentials for downloading Camunda,' a request is generated automatically and resolved by supplying the necessary credentials.
Possible solutions:
- (Ok) We add a link in the Web Modeler installation docs directly to the support page
- (Best) We clarify on the contact page how to retrieve your credentials and link to the contact page from the Web Modeler installation docs
