Write a "Build your own task list" guide

https://docs.camunda.io/docs/guides/ is very underutilizied. We estimate that nearly 50% of customers are building their own task lists, but we lack any guide. They need to understand what to look for, and jump between Operate + Tasklist API documentation.

We should write a guide on "Build your own task list".
