Split the "Collaborate with your team" page

The "Collaborate with your team" page is super large, covering multiple features and capabilities for collaboration.

These could be split into separate pages:

• Manage your projects
• Share and embed diagrams
• Discuss with comments
• Interact with your collaborators

Note: we can take the chance to update screenshots after the latest introductions (e.g. actions menu, dedicated modes)
