Recommend to use Identity for LDAP for Operate authentication

Make a bit clearer in documentation that we recommend using Identity for Ldap in Operate / Tasklist. We can make this very clear like "We highly recommend using Identity for LDAP support since configuring LDAP in Operate directly might be deprecated in the future".

Context

The LDAP implementation in Operate was our quick fix until we have IAM/Identity, which took too much time for our customer promise in Q3-2021. With identity now available we should push customers to use Identity, and deprecate the Operate LDAP configuration, so hopefully at one day we can delete that code. Therefore I agree the customer should be using Identity instead of manually configuring LDAP in Operate, which would then also work for all other Webapps.
